Treena Allen is head of Commercial Sales and Leasing. She brings a wealth of experience and a well-rounded skill set to our commercial division, combining over 25 years in finance & accounting with 13 years in both commercial and residential real estate. Her strong financial background gives her a unique advantage when it comes to understanding the numbers behind every transaction — from complex investment strategies to lease negotiations and asset management.

Throughout her career, Treena has built a reputation for her professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for her clients. She prides herself on creating lasting relationships, offering strategic advice, and delivering tailored solutions that help clients achieve outstanding outcomes. Her ability to balance financial insight with practical market knowledge makes her an invaluable resource for investors, landlords, and business owners alike.

Treena will oversee commercial sales, leasing, and investment opportunities across the Illawarra region, working closely with clients to identify growth potential and maximise returns. Married with 3 adult children, Treena enjoys water sports, travelling to unknown cities, off the grid experiences and any form of karaoke in any country as well as being very active on the tennis and netball court.
